SASS STYLE RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase from Sass Style, but if you wish to return your goods for a refund you may do so subject to the following policy.
1 – To return an item to us you will need to request a returns authorisation code that must be included with your return. To do this, please follow one of the methods below:
Fill out a returns request form - please contact us for this.
Email the name of the item and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
We endeavour to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
2 – Goods may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of you receiving them. Return shipping is at the customers expense and we advise using a tracked service. Sass Style will not be held responsible for missing items.
3 – Goods may be exchanged without additional shipping costs. Please use the returns request form to request an exchange.
We will provide you with a returns authorisation code that must be included with the item you are returning. Once we have processed your return, we will dispatch the new item to you.
4 – All goods are meticulously checked prior to dispatch but in the rare case of a fault, a full refund will be given together with all carriage charges.
5 – In order to obtain a refund, goods must be in a new and unused condition together with all original labels attached. We are unable to accept any goods that show signs of use.
6 – Due to Hygiene Regulations we are unable to accept returns on any earrings used with piercings (unless faulty on receipt).
7 – All returns Should be sent to Sass Style, 22 Regent Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2PY.
